Ingredients:
• 200 g Green lentils with tomato sauce
• 4 porcini mushrooms
• 1 onion
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Salt to taste
• Ground pepper to taste
Method:
Clean and cut the mushrooms into slices. Cut the onion into rings. Heat the oil in a pan, add the mushrooms and brown. Simmer for a few minutes on a low flame. Lastly, add the lentils in tomato and stir thoroughly. Season with a little salt and pepper.
Serve the salad warm.
