Ingredients:
• 320 g Maiorca triticum wheat in sauce
• 1 cucumber
• 200 g tuna in oil
• Extra virgin olive oil
• 3 carrots
• Capers
• Olives to taste
• Fresh basil
• Salt to taste
Method:
Take the Maiorca wheat in sauce. Chop up all the ingredients (cucumbers, olives, carrots) and mix them together: this is the base for the condiment.
Add the wheat to the vegetables along with a drained tin of tuna, the capers, the fresh basil and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Serve in dishes, garnish with a basil leaf.
